I would liek to remove my old sod and put in a new on approxmately 355square feet. I have had professional install new grass or sod over the past 5 years and just about every year the grass just turns brown. Even when treated for insect/grubs etc, it stl turned burn. Why is hte grass dying considering it is being water, gets sun and is treated for inspects etc.

Your sod/turf may not be the problem. The soil and drainage is also just as important as the watering and sunlight. You need a good organic soil mix on top of a good drained base of sub soil, not hard clay....
