Stay at home dad, primary care giver, I have been in a marriage where constructive abandonment has been an ongoing issue, now five years. Wife refused to go to therapy in 2005, we have a small 4 year old boy, born out of test tube,

Wife has new job in Wallingford ct, commuting 70 miles a day we are trying to sell our house, I would like to know what my rights are as the primary care giver regarding joint custody and how this will proceed?

             As a primary caregiver and father, you have various rights regarding Custody and/or Visitation, however, Joint Custody is rarely Ordered by our courts, unless both parents are in agreement.
