I have a cockapoo that I groomed myself the past few times most recently in November.  I shaved him in some areas and clipped around his face and legs.  On his back where I shaved close, this time the hair is barely growing back and it has been 3 1/2 months.  He does not seem to be uncomfortable or scratching.  Is this unusual?

depending on what blade you used on their back and how close it was  is the factor for the hair growth.If it was very close then yes it will take some time to grow back.You can call me or stop by so I can look at him and see what you are talking about..My name is Katie my shop is Best Friends my number is 914 472 1100
