Can  you help me lose weight? i;ve tried eating healthy. I like fruitsveggies/chicken/wholegrains but i also like junk. Any tips on how to really lose weight and make it stay off? i love lasagna any recipes for low carb/fat...thanks for answering

Sounds like you are doing a bunch of guesswork about what to eat. Wouldn't it be better to know for sure which foods match what your body really needs. Some people do need lower carb but which carbs? Others do fine with wheat and potatoes. Wouldn't you like to know which one is you? I do a 2 1/2 hour test and measure 15 different markers like blood pressure and pH while I watch you digest and we can figure this all out for you. Then I recommend foods from all the food groups that match you metabolism. As scientists, who specialize in bioindividuality, learn more about our metabolic functioning, they have been able to recommend specific foods to help correct imbalances. Doctors and nutritionists observed that people who ate this way had more energy and seemed to have an easier time maintaining their weight. Their digestive problems disappeared, blood sugar stabilized and their systems seemed to run better. Long term problems resolved.

If you are serious about losing weight, finding out what is the best diet for YOU, and keeping the weight off, then you want to find the true cause of your weight gain. I can find that out for you.
