You wrote:  "How do I change my life for the better and make millions?"   What a GREAT question.

Of course, I'm sure you don't expect a short, open forum to give you the answer.  You might as well ask "What is the meaning of life?"   It is a lifelong journey to answer.  However, as a career and business coach with experience in the music business, I have some suggestions for taking the next step.

a) Set annual goals that are realistic and then go after them month by month, day by day.

b) Base your goals on making deals.

c) Create other means of income that don't depend on the million dollar deals.  The odds are not favorable as you know - one in a million "make it."   While you GO FOR IT and believe in the possibility, consider "what else can I do to forward my career and make a steady income."

Guiding professionals on a success path is what I do as a coach.   I help people clarify the unique path that will be productive (lucriative), enjoyable, meaningful and motivating.  It comes from a formula which I work with people rather quickly:

Passion (interests)  + Talent (transferable skills) + Market need + Communication and action = a new gig that's right for you.

I've worked particularly well with music business people, and am working with a musician/writer and an entertainment attorney now.  I've been coaching for 10 years and in the business world for over 20.  Please contact me at jonathan@jfcoach.com or 914-478-0008 if you'd like to schedule a complimentary sample coaching session, or visit my web site for more information first.  www.jfcoach.com

Looking forward,

Be a better manager of your career by answering the questions below and get very specific. You have an admirable goal- “to change your life for the better and make millions”; however, what do you really want to change in your life?

Will the artists you have worked with recommend you? If so, find out from them the role you have had in their success? If they are reluctant to recommend you, find out why. Use what you learn to craft future interactions with clients (current and prospective).

You are the expert on your life…the answers to these questions will give you the road map you need to continue your journey to success. Please contact us again with any further questions. All the best, Roseanne, certified coach and founder of  What’s Next Club™- a motivational service that offers a range of individual and group coaching programs.
