Hi and thanks for the inquiry.

We have done this before and it is possible.  Without seeing the job I couldn't venture a guess on the costs.  Size, access, existing equipment, amount of height you need, etc are all determining factors.

I would be pleased to look at it - estimates are no cost to you.

Please have a look at our website www.quakerroad.com. I can be reached at 914-238-1115 or by email, bruce@quakerroad.com, to schedule a site visit.

This is a double option, though not inexpensive.  You will loose some square footage due to the fact that you will need to dig down atleast a couple of feet away from the outside walls so as not to undermine the existing footings.  Most clients have found this option to be expensive to persure, however if you would like to have this done, feel free to contact me directly:  Eric Messer- Sunrise Building & Remodeling, Inc. -914-762-8453- Eric@sunrisebuilding.com - Check out our website at www.sunrisebuilding.com
