My sister was going to a pain management doc while she lived in fla and the narcotic rx's were not checked byu the state 5 years ago, it is a law now. but she was also seeing a physchiarst and geting narcoits at the same time. now the two docs were unaware of this but walgrens pharmach filed all the rx's.. and theere were many .. she had a history of abusing rx drigs.. the pain management doc had her on morphine for pain... very extreme, anyway 5 years ago at the age of 54 she  died from an accidental overdose fof the two meds.. can i sue walgrens??

I do not know the law in Florida, but in New York , you have two years to file a lawsuit for wrongful death. There may be exception to this rule in NY, for example, if she were under a disability, the lawsuit could be considered tolled. Since this law firm is not licensed to practice in Fla, we cannot assist you in this matter.
