I'm looking for the best possible bookkeeping solution software. I'm not sure if I should choose QuickBooks, OuickBooks Online, or some other program to keep track of my books. Please advise your suggestions. Thanks.

Quickbooks is the most popular for small and home based business. Quickbooks is relativly inexpensive and very easy to use. There are many versions that you can choose from, They also offer an online version, which is good, because you do not have to have the infrastructure such as networks and backup systems, because they handle it all.

The downside to Quickbooks is that they charge you for every upgrade(not online version, there is a monthly charge) and every year your shelling out money. Also if you process credit cards you MUST use their processor to process through quickbooks. There is NO audit trail so things can be deleted with no trace.

Mixrosoft has small business accounting, which is OK, I suggest downloading the trial first, I find it a bit cumbersome.

There is a great competitor to Quickbooks called Bookkeeper by MySoftware ... Very simple and in my opinion a complete Quickbooks Knockoff.

What it really comes down to is orginization, if you are orginized any program will work, because all these programs do, is help you orginize the financials of your business. If you put SH __ T in then you'll  get SH __ T out, if you know what I mean.

Consult A Pro, Inc has been in business for over 20 years and I have partnered with a Company called Solomon Office Solutions (SOS). They offer part time office administration and money management and they can assist you in setting things up correctly. It is important to note that they are a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor.

If you set things up correctly and have a regiment for entering data then really any pogram can work. I would probably suggest Quickbooks because of its popularity and ease of use, something your accountant might require ass well.

I hope I have assisted you with some insight, and if you need any further assistance  or computer software or hardware, including Quickbooks, please call us at 845-426-5922.

Thank you for your inquiry.
