I have neck, upper back, and lower back pain down the right side of my back.  It is difficult for me to turn my head.  I have previously had physical therapy which did not help. I tried chiropractic about a year ago, but that also did not help very much.  The one thing that's worked is myofacial release, but it was temporary.
I am available after 3pm on M, Tu, or F.  I have insurance coverage through NYS teachers.

I have successfully treated these types of problems over the years. It has been my practice to combine myfascial trigger point release and chiropractic adjustments to effectively address musculoskeletal problems. I have found these treatments coupled with stretches and postural considerations allow for more sustained relief.
If you feel I may be of help to you feel free to give me a call to discuss your problem in greater detail.

The first thing that has to happen in order to successfully treat your condition is to determine the cause of your problem.  In order to do that, a comprehensive evaluation checking the nerves, muscles, and joints would have to take place.  Myofacial release addresses the muscular component which is usually due to nerve irritation. This should be done in addition to treating the cause.  If you are interested in determining the cause of your problem, call us so we can set up a complimentary consultation and evaluation to determine if we can help.
