I am 56 years old, eat a low carb healthy diet, and exercise 2 hours daily. I am 5'5" and weigh 125 lbs.  I want to loose 5 pounds. Help.

Hi,

You probably are aware that you are well in within the healthy realm for BMI (body mass index) /weight for height .  Without knowing your food intake  routine I suspect you are in the process of maintaining this weight .  To reduce further there are some more questions that would be  part of a full assessment to understand your metabolism. history of health, wgt.. etc. We can then determine an appropriate nutrition plan to meet your  goals.
