It is great that you are reaching out for some answers about how to manage your anger. My view is that there is something in you that needs to come out that is currently hidden: it's the real you -- let's call it your lost heart. Things like anger are nature's way of telling us that we need to be paying attention to something about ourselves that we are unaware of. So, instead of focusing on the anger, the answer is committing yourself to a process of self-discovery, of coming to find out who you really are. When you figure that out, your anger will transform. I can help you with that process. I've had great success helping people like you get underneath stuff like anger, and making it possible for you to find your self. This can take hard work, but it can also be a lot of fun. You get to learn about the most interesting subject in the world -- you. If this sounds intriguing, feel free to contact me.

My questions for you is; would you rather just maintain your anger or be happy and content?
I have had a lot of experience working with young adults and a lot of times we can take a difficult emotion, like anger and make the experience a fun learning experience.   I also use Neuro Emotional Technique which extremely effective to getting the source of the negative emotion.  Getting to the source of any problem is always the better option.  My belief is, if your serious enough to post this question on the internet your serious enough to take action now.
Look forward to speaking with you.
Make it your best day,
